    Stephen Lin is the Centre’s Regional Managing Partner in Asia since 2002.  He is the Centre’s International Master Consultant, Facilitator and Trainer, and has conducted the Centre’s Strategic Management Master Class and Gold Mastery Certification programs in Singapore and the USA.  He is a key member of the Centre’s Board of Examiners.  Stephen collaborated closely with our late Founder Steve Haines in the development of the Centre’s work, and co-authored together with Steve the book “Enhancing Your Strategic IQ”.


    Stephen is one of only a handful of International Strategic Planning Management Consultants to have attained the level of Strategic Management Professional awarded by the Association of Strategic Planning.  He is also a Founding Member and Council Member of the Strategic Management Forum, an international organization based in the UK dedicated to the global advancement of strategic management as a profession.


    Stephen works with organizations in Asia, the Pacific and the Middle-East, to ensure business sustainability and  long term high performance of organizations by developing their strategic thinking, strategic management and innovation capabilities, through consulting, training and executive coaching.


    Stephen is a former academic scholar, elite sportsman, naval officer and entrepreneur.  He has over 29 years of senior management experience in private and public organizations, both as an internal executive as well as an external Strategic Management Consultant.  He has facilitated strategic management workshops with senior executives in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, China, Fiji, Kuwait, Dubai UAE, Australia and USA, among others, and has personally trained senior executives from at least 23 different countries.  In addition to in-company training and consulting, Stephen also regularly leads public training seminars and certification programs on Strategic Thinking & Planning, Strategy Implementation and Strategic Innovation.
