8. To discuss how to successfully facilitate difficult situations in using the Systems Thinking Approach™ to Group Facilitation.
9. To reinforce Strategic and Systems Thinking and its top 20 tools for daily strategic thinking and Problem solving.
10. To receive feedback on your facilitation skills and level of mastery in Strategic and Systems Thinking.
